Highly pigmented, microfine sparkle + pigment hybrid that creates a shattered high shine effect.
(micron size, texture and finishes of each pigment may vary)
Best way to apply this series is with your finger (along with any lid primer) and gently melt it into to skin or eyelid for MAXIMUM color pay off. EVEN more color pay off when used with a tacky primer, glitter adhesive or even setting spray for different effects and textures.
As with any larger particle cosmetic, please use with caution around the eye.
Keep container away from moisture.
